Att identifiera en CE-m\u00e4rkt produkt \u00e4r p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt ganska enkelt; titta efter CE-m\u00e4rket. Finns det produkter med CE-m\u00e4rke som inte \u00e4r CE-m\u00e4rkta (allts\u00e5 godk\u00e4nda enligt g\u00e4llande direktiv)? Visst kan det finnas det, hur m\u00e5nga har inte sk\u00e4mtsamt dragit till med CE=China export? D\u00e4rf\u00f6r finns det vissa andra saker som man som anv\u00e4ndare kan titta efter som anv\u00e4ndare av maskinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 s\u00e4tt att se att maskinen \u00e4r CE-m\u00e4rkt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Sitter det ett CE-m\u00e4rke p\u00e5 produkten? \u00c4r den korrekt utformad?<\/li>
  2. F\u00f6ljer det med en bruksanvisning med produkten?<\/li>
  3. \u00c4r bruksanvisningen p\u00e5 Svenska?<\/li>
  4. Finns det i bruksanvisningen en EG-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kran som h\u00e4vdar att den uppfyller maskindirektivet?<\/li>
  5. Kan man genom att l\u00e4sa bruksanvisningen f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur maskinen ska framf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt och har kvarvarande risker varnats f\u00f6r p\u00e5 ett tillfredsst\u00e4llande s\u00e4tt?<\/li>
  6. \u00c4r maskinen \u00e4r of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrad gentemot hur den \u00e4r beskriven i bruksanvisningen? Allts\u00e5, verkar alla skydd hela, intakta och p\u00e5 plats?<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Om svaret \u00e4r nej?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Om svaret \u00e4r nej p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon av dessa fr\u00e5gor kan det vara l\u00e4ge att dra \u00f6ronen \u00e5t sig. Jag vet av ett exempel p\u00e5 ett r\u00e4ttsfall d\u00e4r en tragisk h\u00e4ndelse gav b\u00e5de s\u00e4ljaren och brukaren av en maskin dryga b\u00f6ter och det var n\u00e4ra f\u00e4ngelsestraff f\u00f6r de inblandade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ” Utrustningen f\u00e5r anv\u00e4ndas endast om den uppfyller kraven p\u00e5 beskaffenhet och information om anv\u00e4ndningen som finns i de f\u00f6reskrifterna som g\u00e4llde f\u00f6r den n\u00e4r den sl\u00e4pptes ut p\u00e5 marknaden eller togs i drift. ” AFS2006:4 \u00a77<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Det visade sig att skydd, som var en del av CE-m\u00e4rkningen, tagits bort fr\u00e5n maskinen (antagligen f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra sikt) och en person str\u00e4ckte sig genom skyddet, kom \u00e5t reglage som r\u00f6rde maskindelen vilket slutligen kl\u00e4mde personen. Personen avled av sina skador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
